Methods for the analysis of networking methods and assessment of operating networks in view of redesigning, extending or replacing them.
Data network design and assessment techniques and tools; routing, security, flexibility, robustness, reliability, availability, recovery,
statistics. Lectures are coupled with an end-of-term network design project. |
Module Aims-Objectives: |
Provide students with the necessary knowledge to assess the networking needs of an organization and design the appropriate network infrastructure. |
