Perspectives for Graduates

The graduates of the Department have accredited their professional rights (PD 183/2008) and based on specific scientific and technological knowledge can be employed in the private and public sector, either autonomously or in collaboration with other scientists in the following professional activities:

  • Analysis, design and management of IT systems
  • Development and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Design, implementation and management of telecommunications installations and systems
  • Design and development of business applications on the Internet
  • Design and management of electronic communications systems and services.
  • So far 800 students have graduated. A recent survey by the Liaison Office of the Foundation found that 1 in 4 have sought and continued to postgraduate studies, and the majority, 81%, have been restored professionally. In particular, the absorption of Graduates on the labor market seems to be quite good, in public and enterprises development, as teachers in secondary and tertiary education and in the private sector and particularly in productive and commercial companies in the industry of IT.
